Hello, my name is A.K Avalon, and I am an aspiring writer who has always had a passion for both weaving stories together into literary works but also picking other works apart to find the golden thread among the tangled words of storytelling. 

Literature has always been present in my life, and as I have grown up it has always found a way to continue to keep it close. With an education within humanities, more specifically; cultural- and literary history, I have explored the realm of literature both academically, but also privately. I have honed my skills over the years to become versatile and accomplished in various projects such as game/movie scripts, short stories, poems, and even noveller, however; none yet published. I see every project as a new opportunity to research, learn, and expand my experience within writing by approaching each project with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. 

In a world of endless words spewed out into our abundant global space that gets reduced to being “content”. I strive to create works that raise discussions, apply emotion and leave an impression. In my eyes, I do not exert myself for a best seller sticker slapped on a book, but rather a lasting community of compassionate readers. Dare I say, I strive for a Nobel prize, not a best-seller. A work truly adored, not trended. 

As earlier mentioned, I am an avid reader, and constantly tries to push the boundaries of my own literary knowledge in order to gain more insight in both experiences, ideas, knowledge  and even emotions. However, despite my appetite for expansion, my heart has a soft spot for fantasy, and horror; where the mind’s boundaries can be pushed and showcased by endless creativity. There is something so exhilarating as being able to delve into any plane of existence and follow any kind of rules- or lack thereof.
